Information We Collect

When you use Agify, we store the account and product data needed to run the service. This includes your email address, session records and sign-in method. If you sign in with Google, we may receive your name and profile image from Google. If you sign in by magic link, we store the email address used for that request and verification records tied to the sign-in flow. Session records may include your IP address and user agent. If you edit your profile, we store your name, avatar URL, username and bio. We also store product data linked to your account such as agent settings, deployment records, hub activity, subscription state and related billing identifiers.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

Agify uses cookies and similar storage to keep you signed in, support Google sign-in flows, cache short-lived auth state and remember UI preferences such as sidebar state. If Google Analytics is enabled in our environment, it may also collect website usage data through Google-provided scripts and identifiers.

How We Use Information

We use this information to authenticate you, run hosted agents and dashboards, send sign-in emails, manage subscriptions, show public profile pages when you choose a public username, prevent abuse and respond to support requests.

Third-Party Services

Agify currently relies on a small set of third-party services that process data for specific tasks. Google is used for social sign-in and Google One Tap. Resend is used to deliver magic-link emails. LemonSqueezy is used for subscription checkout, billing portal access and billing webhooks. If enabled, Google Analytics is used for website measurement. These providers handle data under their own terms and privacy policies.

Public Information

If you set a username, parts of your account become public. Public profile pages may show your name, username, avatar, bio, member-since date and verified badge.

Security

Agify uses session controls, rate limits and hashed magic-link tokens to protect account access. No internet service can promise perfect security, so you should use a secure email account and protect access to devices where you stay signed in.

Your Controls

You can update your name, avatar URL, bio and username from settings. You can review and revoke active sessions from account settings and you can delete your account there as well. To change the email address on your account, contact support.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this page as the product changes. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page.
