Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service apply when you use the Agify website, create an account or subscribe to a plan. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.
Service Description
Agify is a hosted web service for creating, configuring, deploying and monitoring OpenClaw agents. The product also includes account settings, subscription billing and public user profile pages.
Accounts and Access
You can sign in with Google or by requesting a magic link by email. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your email account secure. We may limit access, rate limit requests or restrict sign-up to approved email addresses when the service is configured that way.
Subscriptions and Billing
Some features require a paid subscription or paid add-ons. Checkout and subscription management are handled through LemonSqueezy and invoices are available through the billing portal. The plans, prices, billing intervals and included limits shown in the product at the time of purchase control your subscription.
Your Content and Public Pages
You are responsible for the content and configuration you submit to Agify, including profile information, agent settings, prompts, hub data and generated artifacts. If you set a public username, the corresponding public profile page may display that information.
Acceptable Use
You may not use Agify to break the law, interfere with the service, bypass access controls, deploy malware or use the service to harm others.
Service Changes and Availability
Agify may add, change, pause or remove features. The service may also have downtime, bugs or third-party outages. We may suspend or terminate access if your use creates security, legal or operational risk or if you violate these terms.
AI Output and User Responsibility
You are responsible for reviewing agent behavior, generated content and any external actions before relying on them. Agify provides tooling and hosting, but you remain responsible for how you configure and use your agents.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Your continued use of Agify after the updated version is posted means you accept the revised terms.
